  • Design
    • Why should I vote on styles?
    • Since the petite shoe market is niche in size but so diverse in tastes, it is difficult to pin point which styles will be best sellers. In addition, we want to offer you the best prices possible, and this can only happen if all pairs of a style are sold. This means we need your help to make the production decision – if you love a style, please vote, otherwise it may not be produced.
    • Who designs the styles?
    • We have worked with 2 guest designers so far on Fall/Winter 2011/2012 but hope to work with more independent designers as we grow. If you are interested in being a guest designer, please contact us at us@theoddslipper.com.
  • Ordering
    • How do I order?
    • If you would like to purchase any items in our Buy section, simply choose your size and add them to your shopping cart. Give us your billing, shipping and payment instructions and we will send you a confirmation email and later on a shipping email with tracking information for your order.
    • What payments do you accept and is my information safe?
    • We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. All payments are handled securely by Braintree.
    • Can I purchase items in production?
    • You cannot purchase items In Production; however, if you tap on the Remind Me button, we will send you an email 24 hours before this item is available for sale so you can be one of the first to purchase it.
    • What if I need to return an item?
    • If for some reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can contact us at us@theoddslipper.com to begin a return. We will email you a prepaid return label, and you can choose to obtain a store credit for the full purchase price or obtain a refund to your credit card for the purchase price minus $5. This helps to offset the credit and restocking fees incurred, thereby keeping our initial prices as low as possible.
  • Delivery
    • How much is delivery?
    • Standard delivery within the contiguous US is free – we use Fedex Ground and Home Delivery which gets your package to you within 2-4 business days depending on how far you are from our New Jersey DC.
    • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes! For all Canada orders we offer shipping for $12 and all other countries the cost is between $14-$18, via Fedex International Economy. Whether 1 pair or multiple pairs, shipping is a flat rate.
